I'm not sure if I knew enough about corals to remember... but I think it was either the red blasto I still have in my tank... or a purple cat's paw coral?

I KNOW that I brought home my first corals and couldn't remember what they were and started googling and found the Tidal Gardens Youtube.... So I know I purchased my first corals the same day I subscribed to tidal gardens. Wonder if Youtube tracks that.

A pulsling xenia. Not coincidentally, the first coral that taught me to put corals on islands or space them out. My first tank got taken over.

Anyone here have a bubble tip Nem? LFS said that nems are super finicky and hard to keep. Heard otherwise other places. Also have heard that the both do and don't host clowns. Any real world advice? Kids really want one.

Make sure your tank is stable and any powerheads are not easy for them to get sucked into. Should be good and its hit or miss if your clowns will host them.

I'm a little embarrassed to admit it was GSP and I stupidly put it on a big rock in the middle of my tank having no idea that it was going to become a carpet over everything.

Not particularly difficult to keep. Clowns hosting has more to do with the clowns than the anemones. Most clowns are captive bred these days and will host in weird stuff or not host at all.

For me either a hammer, frogspawn, or some kind of brain coral
