I thought yours was one of the best honestly. Unfortunately people love cuteness.

Though to be honest I thought the overall best is the Vroliks wrasse and that is doing awfully
Suppose I'd say "fortunately", but yep, mine wasn't first choice at all until my build post poll, where everyone said clown pic. Apparently comparing a toadstool to a taco gets all sorts of cuteness points!

I can’t believe how effective urchins are. Now if it would only attack the turf algae.

mexican turbo snail is what got rid of my patch of red turf in the old 90g I had. It was the ONLY thing that would eat it.

I have a variety of both Mexican and the even larger zebras. I haven’t seen them touch it. Only thing I’ve seen eat it is my emerald crabs.

It was only the mexicans for me, nothing else at all. I wonder if the difference is the type of turf algae :thinking-face:

Maybe, Mexican had always worked great for me up until now.

In other news I finally have MgCl so I have been cooking magnesium solutions and considering these two corals have had major surgery they have grown so much and look so happy!

that's a beautiful fish! Is it going to play nice?
It was in my LFS’s wrasse and anthias dominant tank. I’m more worried about the Timor. Hopefully it being in a DT for weeks means it’s well acclimated but we’ll see.

Also stocked up on food, got AB+, and new particulate and carbon block filters. My RODI went through some color changing resin scary fast so hopefully that will help.

I won’t be going to Florida, probably NC at some point… I feel like my office needs to get better at using all it’s resources rather then always only utilizing their most senior people.
