If only I was in the US, I’d love a couple of the species you have!
For real. Also some I may have you don’t know about lol. I’m asking wholesale prices on most as that’s what I paid. My first clowns hurt the most. Also the tangs oddly. I may keep tangs and Mandi pair and let tang run for awhile before pulling plug

What’s going on? Other life issues taking priority? Continued money drain? That’s been sitting at the back of my mind.

Been over two years of thinking about it and almost pulling the trigger. Tanks in a room of house I don’t like to spend time anymore. Also 6 years chasing wrasse and I gave up many parts of hobby for them all caused lost love. I’m keeping a 20 Aio and might start another one to keep my other clowns. They are first fish I ever had.

I won’t sell tank or equipment yet as down the road I’m might want to restart with little different aproich. To be honest very few wrasse I really want anymore anyways.

Off top of my mind this is what I have. I’m sure I missed a couple
1: Earl Eric

2: Bells Brian

3: wild caught mis bar regal. Not yellow belly Joel

4: adorned Brian

5: palidus Joel

6: diamondtail reef exclusive

7: yellowfin Brian

8: red tail

9: female rhomboid Brian

10: male and female choats Eric

11: blue spot tamarin Joel

12: pair mandarins Josh

13: clown pair reefco

14: gem tang Josh

15: Achilles Elliot

16: white tail Brian

17 Madagascar order

Sorry copied and pasted from notes. Names by fish are where purchased as most I think will be sold to vendors.

Sorry to hear that Crabby! But good move on keeping the equip... For when you get the itch again, haha!

That pallidus and the female rhomboid looking tempting. Cross country is a long trip though!

Rhomboid small and young and should make that trip with zero problems. Palidus could be a little risk. Also he is pushy and about 5”. Might not be the best mix for you.
A certain guy who would collect a few pallidus just opened a new collection there. Maybe they will stay to collect palidus in the future.

pallidus or a lapillus are the crown jewel fish in my plan for the next tank. I'll keep my eyes peeled!

I had Madagascar order for over a month. They were supposed to come a couple weeks ago but think it’s postponed a few weeks. I never got a jewl because of choats and also hear they lose most after receiving. So if you get one you might want to make sure they hold it a couple weeks minimum.

The Choat’s is still one I dream for, but instead have given up on the hope and instead trying to find a Vivienae.

Been reefing a long time, and I went through a similar thing about a decade ago. Used to have big tanks (200+) with all the big tangs, jewels that took weeks or months to hunt for, and all that. I eventually got burnt out and bored, and the size of the tank kept in a place where I didn’t want to spend that much time.

Funny enough, I also kept a 20 AIO (my old trusty IM) running. And then I finally got an 80g (IM tank also) and think I’m happier with the super simple setup and my rhomboid, pintail, pinkies, and possum than I was in 20 years! The tank fits comfortably in a high traffic area where I spend 90% of my time.

You’ll be back :) and I bet you’ll be happier when you do decide to reengage in the future.

Even funnier that there's an 80g IM AIO available at TSM

Lubbocki will always be one of my top wrasses - I may not own one currently but it is in the top 15.
