I would get a Leucoxanthus or Biocellatus in that group for a 60 gal. They are the smallest.Given the choice between these Halichoeres wrasse, which one would you choose for a 3 x 2 x 1.5 60 gallon tank?
Rubricephalus
Leucoxanthus
Cosmetus
Richmondi
Chrysus
Biocellatus
So, did you get the wrasse?

Was this shipped to you in O2? What was salinity of shipping water and of your DT?So I put my exquisite in the display. I decide to go straight into the display no acclimation box cause it just seemed way to small. I released him and he swam off into a cave. I woke to him dead in the Sand. Smh I’m not sure what happened he doesn’t look beat up. Looks like he died from shock. I didn’t drip acclimate that’s the only thing I can think of. Idk really but will do it differently in the future. Sucks

The cirhilabrus group don’t pair. They will both become males and fight. The rhomboid is a nice choice though. @jkcoral has a nice oneHey all. Always been a big Angelfish guy. Thinking about purchasing a Rhomboid pair. Can’t find much on temperament outside of one thread labeling them as timid/skiddish.
Would be going in a 210. I do have 2x Bandits in the tank and an Achilles that definitely harass newcomers. But calm down after a few days.
If it’s a bad idea, be honest. I know very little on wrasses outside of basic care. I saw that terminal male WWC had at RAP a couple years ago. Took me a second to even figure out what I was looking at. Stunning fish.
Lol. Like that little piece of info there. This is why we ask! Thanks man.The cirhilabrus group don’t pair. They will both become males and fight. The rhomboid is a nice choice though. @jkcoral has a nice one
Best would be a rhomboid and another Cirrhilabrus species so that they can play off of each other, keep the flashing up and colors vibrant.Lol. Like that little piece of info there. This is why we ask! Thanks man.
Need to know this. A lot of stores etc will run their fish only an QT tanks at 1.018. If you dump the fish in the DT at 1.026 that would not be a good thing. No he was in qt for a few weeks. I don’t know if the salinity between the tank and the qt was to different.

I have always wanted an Aussie Scott’s….Best would be a rhomboid and another Cirrhilabrus species so that they can play off of each other, keep the flashing up and colors vibrant.
Perhaps a bathyphilus? Or if sky's the limit, an earlei? naokoae might work for your tank, too. So many options!
Lol!! I bet you've got a good stock of them now to feed.Dragon wrasse loves its bristleworms
