Was the water really cold in the shipping bag? Were these quarantined by the shipper?
When i recived my exquisite he looked very much on the death bed. So i set him up in a acclimation box. The next morning still alive but still laying on its side looking very much dead. Some time the next day (48hr after reciveing) i put a bit of frozen food in the box, and he went ballistic. Tossed him out the box and has been happy and heathly since.
Okay so there is some hope, but what about the fin issue? I'm worried it may have gotten an injury and it can't move the fin
I agree with @Trixter227 adive and if you can get a bit of rock in the box it may help the wrasse be comfortable and recover.

I don’t know could be stunned or could be permanent. Fish can survive bad injuries though. My ruby longfin broke its spine early on and somehow survived and does great.
Yes there is hope. This babi came in motionless in water that was in the low 50’s. Laying sand over night then burried. A week later came out like nothing happened. Growing bigger every day.
