Po? I assume you mean phosphate (PO4---), but Po is polonium. :D

I got my temp down to 80 degrees and pH to a regular 8.

Don't stress so much about the pH. Many of us have our pH swing anywhere from 7.8 to 8.2 on a regular day to day. For awhile I struggled to even have mine regularly above 7.8 and all fish and corals were healthy and growing. For the temp, might slowly let it down a little lower even. My tanks always ran at about 77 - 79.
