Nice location. Funny that it looks like the light is coming from the direction of the camera, reducing the blue appearance.
Pay attention to the rocks to the side of the lit area. There's obviously some type of camera light being used,but it won't be strong enough to light the perimeter of the area. I highly doubt the camera light is stronger then the sun when the snorkeler is swimming along the bottom and camera is filming from above as well.
