I see you have a nice adult emperor there. Mine starting getting faded colors snd like white patchy spots. My research says he’s in the ugly duckling stage ?? Lol he’s about 5” eats like a pig just looks like s*** right now

oh wow so the more I read about his faded colors it looks like it could also be poor water quality or flukes?? Hmmm maybe I’m overthinking this either way I guess I’ll save the rest of my questions for a more appropriate forum. Seriously though your emperor is beautiful love that clown trigger too!

Thanks, I got him from someone breaking down his tank and he was a little beat up from huge Maculosus! He is healing up nicely now

Its a biota captive bred though I got it from another hobbyist. Definitely one of my favorites!
