My wife and I are in the planning phase of a fowlr tank. We are looking at tanks about 6’ in length as this will be in our main living space everything we need must fit in the tank stand. we are new to the hobby having just started in January. I would love to see more details on the requirements. I would want to have everything we need insta from the very beginning so the cable management and sump would not be an afterthought.

You can actually put some corals that are easy in fowlr. Leathers gsp xenia mushrooms all are good canidates. I had one for a long time and most of these things even triggers puffers and big wrasses wont mess with. They might flip the rock over its on but flip it back over and these easy corals are no worse for the wear.

The longer I'm in the hobby, the more the idea of a large FOWL appeals to me.
