Pulling in LR and other additives like sand and Mudd from others or from nature.
@Katrina71 if you want mud from the ocean maybe @Robin Haselden could get you some from a mud flat.
I get mud from Florida all the time when I go visit my dad. Full of critters and is from an area that does not have much of a population or farming. Is there not a good place in Florida that ships, it sort of gets harvested and shipped, I'd love to start a tank with that?!
Personally I dry fit everything together like legos and made sure everything fit up well and I liked it.The plumbing... I'm going to really need your help. Little tips and tricks to make things work better and quieter, and avoid problems in the future.

But to answer your question, I don’t think anyone sends mud that is down there. Tampa Bay Live Rock sends sand that is loaded with critters, but not as much as their rock.
Hey, that might actually happen when I visit Mom and Dad next month.Pulling in LR and other additives like sand and Mudd from others or from nature.

I could get some mud. Weather has been crazy here so you won't have to wait for summer either. We havent really had a winter, I mean, it's been in the 70s this week, the river is 5ft over flood stage and its gonna be 27°F friday night... our weather is going thru menopause ir something.
It would come from the Dunn Sound near the Little River in SC. I know a few spots off the beaten path, crab fishers are pretty much the only traffic. @najer I'm not sure what kind of trouble we'd get in thru customs.
Digging for fiddlers and throwing a cast net for mud minnows... used to play in the mud in the canals all day during the summer as a kid.I know this will set cave man and others off, you have to love bare foot in squelchy mud, squishing between your toes, digging with my dad for lug worm and rag worm to go fishing that day or night, memories are good!
Yep, picking leaches off, finding a snapping turtle with your toes, Chiggers, BlackBerry thorns, yes sir going barefoot in the south...ah the memories lol! That may be why I prefer barefoot. Best memories ever.
