Ugh... peppermint tea w/ honey, lemon, and ginger for me. As soon as I can crawl out of bed again...

I drank a lot of peppermint tea fresh from the garden when I had COVID. It's odd when you can't taste it though.

I have not lost my sense of taste. Smell is muted, but that is likely a function of all of the congestion.

I can give you my recipe for a flu bomb if you are interested in feeling better faster
Sure, but if it involves rectal suppositories they better be the large ones.

And chug it down as fast as you can at least once a day.
Thanks for sharing this. Regardless of illness, I drink tea with ginger, honey, and lemon multiple times a day and eat enough garlic to ward off Dracula himself. I love cayenne, but my colon doesn't need any help at the moment...

Good Morning, Heathens!

I'm happy to report that I am feeling much, MUCH better this morning. Still achy and tired, but feeling less like I got hit by a manure truck and more like the manure itself. So, progress....

Speaking of progress, the losses have stopped and everything is coloring back up! All totalled we lost a bunch of inverts, 4 colonies, 5 frags, and the magnifica anemone. It's frustrating, but without your collective help it would have been a lot worse. So, many thanks!

Sadly, still no sign of Wrasseputin. I've begun to lose hope...

Per the poll, the new Tang's name is "Samwise Gemgee", though The Dainty Dictator hath declared that she will only refer to it as "Freckles". Happy spouse, happy house...

Still haven't gotten any more done on the bathroom reno. lol. Delay after delay. Depending on how I feel, I should resume work in the next day or so.

I'll be more active now that I'm feeling better. Holler if you need me!

Namaste.

After living with my husband for 25 years, a muted smell would be nice sometimes :face-with-tears-of-joy:

Glad you’re starting to feel better!
