Okay, heathens! My apologies, but I have been a bit tied up the last couple of days with various appointments for both The Dainty Dictator and myself. This morning, I had a small surgery done at the VA to "install" an implant (the first of two <No, not breasts...>), so my transition to cyborg has begun. Muhuhahahahahaha!

So, bearing that in mind, I haven't been able to get much work done on the controller cabinet. I did, however, grit my teeth and fight through the pain after the anesthetic wore off to get the table saw put away and the routing table set up. Making progress still, albeit slowly.

With the exception of something I need to square away early tomorrow morning, I should have most of the day to cut the lumber for the door, and then start assembling this thing. Stay tuned for more progress pics. I appreciate your patience!

Namaste.

Please give her my apologies, but everytime you say Dainty Dictator I see her as a cat. Just saying.

Hey *uc* face… oh, um, that came out wrong. Hey dou**ebag, uh, man, that came out wrong again. Hey d**khead… oof, wrong again! Anyways, my friend, (hey I finally got it!) good luck with your wood today although I’m betting that you’re probably pretty good with the wood.

On a serious note: that router table looks pretty small and light. Go slow and/or mount it down, even temporarily, to something more sturdy and stable. Good luck and stay safe!

Yeah, it's a fairly cheap tool, but it gets the job done. It isn't something I use too often, so I didn't invest in a DeWalt. I'm gonna screw the base legs into some scrap 2x4's and then clamp those down on the corners to the ply. Solid advice, BTW!

I was going to recommend riveting it to the hood of your car but think you’re barely smart enough to know that would be a bad idea.

Excited to see how everything turns out.

ah coffee time now and sun is almost up...Roof co got the patio completely water proofed yesterday The underlayment is guaranteed for 50 years, so thick stuff with like double stick tape already on it. Has to be almost 1/4 inch thick. They started the metal roof part but got only 1/8 of the way. They coming back next week. It was cool to watch, they had a truck that rolled out and formed the panels, which are 36 feet long. The full length of the patio roof. 36x20.. There was 8 guys here! They also then cut and fit each section and use metal brakes to form th4e edges and drip edges...I will post some pic later when I take some today...

Sort of, actually. It is a cardiac loop monitor, so it tracks my heart rhythms. It connects to my phone and transmits information to my doctors. It is pretty neat.

yeah I can relate to the uglies...My 300 is just over 1 year old and all of a sudden thick, short green algae started to grow on the tops of my rocks and some red algae...I took 2 radions off line(have 4) (running the lps schedule at 40%, along with 3 kessils 360X(run at 50% all the way blue). Started dosing Brightwell Razor 5 days ago, this morning the red algae or what ever it is , is almost gone and the green algae is pale and over 50% has disappeared. So I guess I may take the 2 Radions blues off and only run the other two at higher percentage in future, if needed. Or perhaps since I been doing water changes to new salt, I reduced excess nutrients. I guess time will tell in this 300 gallon experiment. I can always use the 2 extra radions for frag tanks
