That does sound interesting. I've had prickly pear "juice" and iced tea before and enjoyed the flavor. I may have to see if I can find some.I went to Sprouts yesterday and they had a Prickly Pear cactus coffee. It's interesting for sure.

I will snap some MOAR fishy pics once I get my butt motivated to do tank maintenance. Finishing this cup of coffee first... my glass looks like Frank's right now. Lolol. Sorry @fishguy242Tank is looking good Styx!
And isn't this MOAR Butters Monday??
I wonder if his wife was like, "Are you sure this is the town for this?"
look at all that coral for me to kill!I know I said I'd post moar pics this evening, but I'm exhausted and flopped on the couch. I'll post some tomorrow.
The one exception being this one, which is for @Mschmidt . This whole rack is for you, bud- to include the big old chunk of rainbow stylo:
How is that giant Sinularia Colony doing these days?look at all that coral for me to kill!
well most of the time. I don't see a lot of color on it all the time, but it's mostly open and swaying as much as that chunky beast can in my flow. I want to move it up for more light, but that may take a rescape. the toadstool has grown, killed one acro (the one that chipped off in the cup), the other is coloring up well (really nice deep blue). How is that giant Sinularia Colony doing these days?
It doesn't need too much light. I would save the higher par areas for SPS, of which, you are about to receive a bunch.well most of the time. I've heard ice under the foot will get them to detach, but that is usually in the context of the other side of glass, not directly to the foot. I've carefully slid a credit card under, but that may not work with the hole. perhaps a small tube thing to gently push from the inside of the guard or a nem cannon.
Safe and Easy DIY way to remove Nems
Due to seeing numerous post recently about how to remove anemones and shrooms without hurting them or destroying rock work. I felt like this was in order. First off, a little back story. Years ago, when I lived in Florida and collected aquatic life on a regular basis, we always had issues with...www.reef2reef.com
Getting at the foot is impossible, as it is inside the little holes of the nem guard, which has about an 1/8th of an inch gap between it and the outer wall of the pump. I tried both ice and poking the foot already. Can't reach.I find foot massage works with a smooth edge, like the Red Sea test spoons. 10-20 min going slowly to first get the spoon under an edge of the foot and then massage bottom till it lets go completely.
