got all the cinder block frame done yesterday and Mrs 1 Ocean dry laid out the bricks for the bbq island exactly where she wants each brick to go...I am going to install the brick veneers today...

Same. Unfortunately, I hurt my foot yesterday climbing up and down ladders hanging lights. So, I'm moving slowly this morning. Blah. I'm old...

yes the floor is slopped on purpose to keep any water from the sliding glass door ...so that it flows along the side of the house and out the front yard...

I live on a cul de sac, and the gradient of the land slopes down toward me, which causes drainage issues on my property. I need to have some French drains installed to keep certain areas from flooding.
