I’m always hearing people say, “Happy wife, happy life.” I’ve never been a believer or subscriber to this motto. I do, however, subscribe to, “Happy spouse, happy house.” There is really so much more I’d like to add about this topic but will have to do so at another time.

No Metamucil. My back is very strong from carrying around slackers, like you, on it most of my life.
Well, then dang... our roles are reversed. I've had a # of back surgeries and wash my medicine down with the stuff 2x a day. lol. I was hoping we were kindred spirits. I poop like a champ, though. So, you know, at least there's that. Also, pardon the black bananas. Those will become banana bread before the day is done.

Did those about 10-11 years ago for a time but saw no difference. They did occasionally plug my nose though.chia seeds works well for the old poop shoot as well. JS
Yup. I make overnight oats comprised of steel cut Irish oats, goji berries, bee pollen, chia, milled flax seeds, and oat milk. It makes like a pudding that I eat in the morning with my smoothie.
One of my favorites, to be sure! There is a street in Chicago named for him. I don’t know of anywhere else with a von Goethe street.
