He went in a few minutes ago and has settled right in!!So, since the cyano is on its way out I thought I’d try and get a fish that helps with the sand bed and keeping it stirred. My LFS has two beautiful court jester gobies in (Both hectori and no rainfordi), I got the smaller of the two and am very excited to have him in the tank. Screw the thought of I have too many gobies, these fish are very much like wrasses in how addictive they are to watch. It so glad I have a new genus in the tank!!! Just to wait and be patient for the naoko and blue star to grow out then get the dream of a jawfish that I don’t lose to jumping for once.
completely different to my other fish in there, I’m very happy I now have activity on the sandbed to lower water column, it’s funny how coincidentally I have 3 wrasse, 3 gobies then just the blenny in the middle haha. Absolutely love this fish and I’m so glad I picked him over a rainfordi since the gold stripes are VERY vibrant. If I stood far away the first fish I’d be brought to would be the hectori in terms of colour and the naoko in terms of size.
A bit of aggression from the yasha but not much, it was just a swim out of the cave to show it’s his territory.
Heres where he sleeps
