With termites they usually only treat the ground surrounding your house. Termites don't stay in the house they only go there to eat. I wouldn't see any problems with your tank unless your trying to spray around the inside of your house..

For drywood termites they will need to do a fumigation which involves covering the entire house in a big tent and shooting the gas inside. Crossing fingers that this is not the case for you.

If they are dry wood mites and they have to tent your home, you will have to temp. relocate tank some where else.
