Anybody had any luck setting up TDS monitoring. The only reference I see is an archived thread from 10 years ago at the GHL site but only mention.

Is this possible?

I assume we would need to provide a 0-10v signal (4-20ma) with is doable.
Is the only option a PLM-ADIN card or could a conductivity input possibly be used?

Bigger question - (I don't have ADIN card, so can't see voltage interface yet) - Even if I can get the signal in, how would it be calibrated and translated displayed as TDS?

Anybody?

Hello,

The 0-10v analog inputs of the PLM-ADIN board only display 2 sensors showing a voltage between 0 and 10V

An evolution request to have also the possibility of a display in % (purely aesthetic) is already in progress.

Concerning the calibration for some precise uses it is possible to modify the ADC values by modifying a saved sensors data parameters file and restoring it.
For example I personally use pressure sensors to measure the water level (hence the interest to display in %).

For your needs I think a conductivity sensor is more appropriate.

Hi @Gaël

So just purchase another GHL conductivity probe and PLM-CondS-pH ?

Output will be in mS correct? By a calibration file, are you saying that I can adjust that to TDS via conversion file to display TDS instead of mS?

No, I was talking about the calibration of the plm-adin voltage inputs on the example of the pressure sensors I had given.

For conductivity, you need a CondF input, not CondS.
So one of these cards:
PLM-CondF-pH
PLM-CondF-Redox
PLM-pH/Redox-Cond

It will not display in ppm but in uS

Can we get a feature request for that conversion/display option ;)
