Tang spots

Hi I have taken a few images of my powder blue tang as he seems to have white stringy nodules attached to him, my rock beauty angelfish seems to have pop eye aswell which she’s had for about two weeks now.any ideas as to what the white things on my tang are, my parameters have just been tested

Nitrates 5
Phosphate 0.25
Alk is 9
Calc is 450
Mag is 1400
Sal is 1.026
Temp is 78
Ph is 8.2

If you don’t stop it it will get worse and the wish sickness will spread and die

i think those can be lesions from him wedging into a rock, seeing how on the other side he has wounds.
