LFS. I did a 75/25 mix live rock/dry rock. Ended up being really just one archway with dry.
You *might* have a little beneficial bacteria in the “live rock” from your LFS. Not really live rock. When we say live rock, we generally mean rock that was placed in the ocean and let diverse life grow on for a long period of time before its reharvested for reef aquarium use.

Ah, probably the distinction between "live rock" and "Life Rock". This is definitely pre soaked, some is from tanks they have for displays (they do QT their stock) others is out-of-the-box CaribSea Life Rock they pre soak for customers to purchase.
