Swelling on the mouth of my frammer

My frammer recently started retracting and now it looks like it’s swelling up around the mouth. I tested my water a few days ago and the ph was about 7.8, alk 8.4, nitrate 3.7, phosphate .03. Don’t have a test for magnesium and calcium.
