Well i already have nutrient raising products on hand so i think i'm going to use them slowly. Maybe i need more fish. What do you think about running the skimmer half time maybe ?
I did eventually add more fish and the increase in bioload does help

You're right, it can have an effect, but I'm not talking about anything permanent. And dialing it down a tad isn't gonna have a marked effect on oxygenation or pH. But again, this is just a me thing. I'm very minimalist when it comes to dosing anything. For example, when I get my tank up and running I'll be using a salt mix that mirrors where I want my ALK et al. So my obligatory water changes will be a big part of my replenishment. But you do you!!!! There are MANY paths to Nirvana!

Well i do have quite a big skimmer fro my tank size. But i’m bot really a fan of turning that down as it does play a role in ph and oxygen
Totally get it. But if you are strategic with it, I think you can tweak things without too much of an impact. For example, put it on a timer so it turns off for a few hours in the afternoon when your pH is at its highest point and make sure it is on overnight when pH and oxygen levels are decreasing.

As a golden rule if you are getting 0 as a reading that's after nutrients have been absorbed.

I always addressed, GHA with a cleaning crew. At first you will see their appetite for distruction, the gha will most def spread but rest assure they will eat it all. bad part is at some point they are going to starve when Its a good idea to take them out or supplament which in the past has not really worked for me. If they die in the tank it's no good.

good luck you got this!!!

I must have ended up in some alternate dimension where people spend thousands of dollars on reef equipment to lower inorganic nutrients to combat nuisance algae. Then when they appear, which they always do if you have bare surfaces and at least one fish, they add the stuff they are trying to remove. I must have chosen the BLUE pill Morpheus!!
