This is fully extended. When disturbed it will retract its tentacles and flatten onto the rock. Any Ideas? It's about the size of a nickel and has not grown like the rest. Either a slow grower or full grown. Thank you!

It's definitely a nem, with a pretty distinctive column and foot there. My first thought would be an Actiniid nem, possibly like the Collared Sand Anemone, Actinostella flosculifera, but I'm honestly not sure.

Maybe one of the nem guys like @bradleym or @OrionN would be able to confirm or have a different idea here.
HAAAAAA YES! I've been looking all morning and was just coming to suggest it might be a collared anemone!

The day my knowledge can out-shine you on ANYTHING in the ocean is the day I buy myself a crown. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes: Glad you were able to provide an ID, although I'm not at all surprised you nailed it. ;)
