Slowly getting the sump area organized. Temporary sock while the water clears from the sand.

Thanks guys! I'm really excited to get this tank up! My coral selection for this tank will be more picky. Sps dominated for sure.

I can relate with "more picky". Chris gave me that advice recently. It has inspired me to make some changes. Looking forward to seeing this progress.

Every new setup will bring changes that you would do in the next one. You always learn in every time you setup.

Don't get trapped in the high end frag game, it can be very hard to recoup your investment. OTOH, ditch the aggressive encrusting months and stick with what you like.

Setting closer! Tuesday I dosed enough ammonia chloride to bring the tank to 2ppm. Today this is the reading ...

I tested everyday and today is the first test where I can see a noticeable difference.

Also Kinny at Parrott aquatics got my lights mounted in the canopy today! Huge thanks to him bc my diy skills can be limited.

Hey @cale0721 , how do you adjust your lights with them that snug... Sorry if it's an obvious question lol

I assume you mean adjust light intensity then yeah knob is on the side and there is a remote. If you're talking about physically moving, two over my 75 fit perfectly with no reason to move them.
