Splitting or bailing?

I bought this piece a few weeks ago and chose it out of a few available frags because it looked like it was pinching and would be two heads quicker than the others. Now I'm not sure if it's actually splitting or bailing. I've read it takes a while for the process but this seems to be moving too quickly if it is in fact splitting. In the video it almost looks as though there are two mouths (Taken 6/29) Pics taken with orange filter. Last pic is from three days ago and since it's looked like the other photos.

It's not bailing until it loses all of that flesh on the side. Watch closely and monitor its progress. Dosing Iodine helps a lot with torch flesh, especially if you are using a salt that mixes up tragically low in Iodine (I/O and R/C lol) or your two part doesn't have much.
