Monday I put in 2 wp25's tried to put in a sump but couldn't get it in the stand, so I now have a sump , all the PVC , and a jebao 6000 but can not hook it up. When I measured it I swear it was gonna fit. But the door is just a little to small

Saturday I took all 8 bulbs out of the fixture and cleaned the reflectors. That wasn't much fun!

Nice! Are your worm cultures still going strong?

Haha! Awesome. I'm hoping to source some soon and get my own cultures going. :)

Not a freaking thing. And that's exactly as it should be. I've also managed to keep my hands completely out of the tank for 72 hours. One day at a time...

I'm going to add a new powerhead soon. I don't have any sort of random flow and I think that the whole tank suffers a bit because of it. I've been trying to hold out for the Maxspect Riptide but I think I'm going to pick up a Jebao RW-15 and run it on a VERY low setting in the 40 until I transfer over to the 150. I'm waiting for the Riptide before I make my final decision on it versus a wavebox versus 2x MP40.

I haven't done much to mine here lately. Just testing, water changes, I did cut my ORA Red Planet off of the rock it was attached to and move it back into the light. Will be adding a few new fish this weekend, which will force me into watching my nitrates and phosphates to adjust the amount of pellets/tumble.

As for the flow on your tank Weeble, from my experience Tunze 6105 is a more powerful pump, not to take anything away from the Vortechs which are a good pump too. I've got all three on my tank, LOL. I am also anxiously waiting on the Riptide as well.

Definitely considering a couple 6105 pumps and the controller. It's about the same money to do that versus 2x MP40. Right now I'm just applying the quick fix for a few bucks while I make a decision. I figure that worst case circumstance I'll have the Jebao for a backup.

I went to T5 over the frag tank and couldn't be happier. I do miss the blue glow a bit but I've already had corals color up that haven't had color under LEDs.

Sunday evening I added Chemiclean to the new system to knock out the remaining Cyano that transitioned across from the old tank. yesterday it was looking much better and hopefully today it will be perfect. Planning on a 20 gallon water change tonight then hopefully, we are all set. testing for Phosphate and nitrate tonight.

You are not going to use an algae scrubber on this one

Took 3 tanks down and brought up a 125g. Still need to build out the new sump and recenter the light. Decided to stay with T5 as my LEDs weren't doing what I hoped they would.
