I received a frag today from @acropoora - a Banana lokani. I've actually been looking for this one for a while. I received it in great health and very well packaged - thanks Acropoora. I'm looking forward to this one growing! :)

(sorry for the fuzzy pic - the frag rack's at the rear of the tank)

I received a beautiful frag of ORA Pearlberry that I'm very excited to have. I lost mine a long time ago and have been waiting to finally get another.

While I had the camera out I took a few other random shots:

Nice. I got a perlberry not too long ago. Lost it.

Might get another since it was special.
Might be getting a few others I lost, since my Tank is almost ready to restock again.

The only thing I won't replace anymore is Enchinata's. Wish I could keep them, but they vaporize for me.

My first one completely stalled on me. I mounted it right away because I knew where I wanted it in the tank and it never encrusted more than maybe 1/4". I finally gave up, pulled it off and put it on a plug and gave it away to another reefer in hopes that they'd have better luck.

The gentleman that I bought the frag from has by far the nicest colony I've ever seen. He keeps his at 500 PAR. Absolutely stunning:

OUCH!!! That is a beautiful Colony.
Reason I like the Perl Berry is I have no Blue SPS left.
Had a Blue Gomezi that eventually died. Blue SPS are tough to keep Blue. Keep Period.
Nice thing about Perl Berry is it slightly looks like and Ice Fire Enchinata, which for me is impossible to keep after 4 tries.
A Perberry will be the 2nd New Frag I get. 2nd since first will be a cheaper test sacrifice Frag.
Then I want a Fox Face, and if things go well a SSC to complete my wish list.
Hope your PB does well and makes you great looking tank Greater.

Have to ask: have you been dipping your echinata and if so, in what?

Under what kind of lights?

I believe he runs six or eight Radion XR30W with some other supplemental lighting. I was too busy distracted by coral to look in detail. It's a massive tank - 120x30x36. His name is John Yull out of Kyle, TX. Only tank I've seen better quality-wise or variety-wise than his is the 600 gallon in the back room of the original WWC.

Well. First Ice Fire enchinata I killed, I dipped in Revive.
Learn that lesson, so since next one was a fresh cut, I didn't dip it, but checked it for Bugs. It lasted a few weeks.
3rd one a spectacular Green Enchinata. Glowed like nothing I've ever seen before. I couldn't believe I paid like $30. I think price tag was wrong, but Store owner sold it to me, so I quietly/slowly walked out and then ran.
I didn't want to dip that beauty.
It didn't last till next morning. Started bleaching from Botton. I cut to save it. Keep bleaching, cutting, till there was nothing left. (I think I placed it too high, even at mid tank)

I was going to solve your problem by telling you about the dip, but sounds like you figured that one out early! :)
