That's Great. Nano's are a world of their own. Never had one before, but I've seen some people scale things down quite creatively with rock and appropriate size corals, fish, to super size them via illusion.

LPS is a great choice since I know from my LPS Tank the LPS naturally provide filtration.

Looking forward to the build.

At the risk of jinxing myself, we're going on two successful weeks with a group of bimacs in QT. Beautiful fish.

I fed Reef Roids to the tank about an hour after lights off and brought the flashlight out to watch. Looked like I had some type of shrimp hatch as well. I think the tank at night is almost as interesting as during the day.

Cool. Corals feeding nicely.
...Night time is creepy for sure....

Which part of the video was the shrimp hatch?

You can't see them really on the video, but they were mixed in with the other particulate from the food. The longer bright pieces floating by are actually eyes. I have them show up from time to time. I don't really know what type they are, but probably some type of mysid that have managed to live in my live rock.

Great video. The Bimaculatus looks amazing.
Their colour is awesome.

The tank will be great when filling in.
What lighting are you using again?

Good morning Janci,

Maxspect Ethereals combined with a DIY 4-bulb T5HO. The T5's run 8 hours and the LED's run 12 with a ramp up & ramp down.

Time to get a better screen on the top of my tank. I have a do it yourself one, but the spaces around some of the return lines are too large. I lost my Mystery wrasse today through one of them. Found him baked on top of my screen top. Not long ago I lost my Ruby Red Dragonet the same way. The mystery wrasse was a bit tougher to take; he was my oldest daughter's favorite and one of the first fish in the tank. It's frustrating how they manage to find that one gap in the top.

We all go through this.
NASA sends drilling equipment to Mars, but there is no answer on how these fish find the smallest hole to jump out.
