Sicce SDC 9.0 and power/wifi loss - doesn't restart at same speed?

I had a power outage today which shut down my wifi. When the power came back on everything started again but the Return pump is stuck a lower output than before the power outage.

Wifi is still not back up yet so the pump shows "disconnected" in the Control All app and the pump speed cannot be increased.

Is this normal?

Is there a setting that I am missing that would restart at the same speed after a power/loss of wifi?

if its "disconnected" then how do you know the output is lower than before? Is there any visual clue, like is water level in the tank lower than previous?

My SDC has a manual control that I can use if wifi is down, are you not able to adjust the power manually without wifi?

The return flow is not high enough to fill the overflow and create the siphon for the drain lines.

As a result the water level in the sump is elevated which in turn means the skimmer overflows.
