Hi!

I recently purchased the Reef Breeder Photon V2 Pro 24in for my tank and I would love to see more established tanks running these lights and/or stories of other's experiences with them. I've done quite a bit of Google-fu and found that these were a good match for my tank goals as far as PAR goes. Just want to see some running tanks for inspiration.

Here is my 48” photon v2 on a 90g tank.
mounted about 12” above water. The sides/back/front don’t get enough light. I would say footprint for this light if you want to keep wall to wall front to back sps is about 40x12.

its barely adequate on this 48x18 footprint. Corals are barely growing on the sides or front / back. Corals definitely do well in that 40x12 sweet spot though.

running the intensity at 75% for the 3x blue channels and 35% for the 1x white channel. Lights are on from 1pm to 9pm with one hour ramp up and down. So basically 6 hours full blast on those settings and 2 hours of ramping. I don’t use the red or green lights at all.

Here is my 56 gallon tank with the Photon 24 v-2+. It's working very well for me and I consider it a good value for the price. Is it the best LED on the market? No, but it's half the price of a Radion, which is what I would choose if money were not an option.

75 with 80% blue 40% white, violet, lt blue.
And I just was messing around with the lights today. Found out you can program 0.1% blue for moon lights. Lt blue at 0.25% are to bright but 0.1 dark blue is nice!
