Outside of all the things that will worry you. It sounds like a ying/yang situation. So that will probably never go away. TBO I think the financing part of the equation is what you should concern yourself with. Are you ready for the inflated pricing of everything right now? Meaning is this the best time to get more for your buck getting back in. If this is not a question or situation that worries you at the moment. I would say. Jump back in as you apparently love it.
