Yes, I saw the video. He was practically surfing. Looked ready to give someone a piece of his mind. Just leave him in his tank with some death metal playing a few hours and he'll pop out of it.

Do you guys use fancy cameras or iPhones?

All images I post are from a pixel 8 pro. I tweak white balance to get pretty accurate colors without having use any filter lenses.

I do the same with my Moto Edge.

I do use a “fancy” camera but it’s a canon rebel T6 so it’s definitely affordable. Though admittedly the macro lens I used for my photo is not affordable

Couldnt be online on the forum last few days and its sad to see so much drama around whats meant to be a fun contest.
Will definitely consider the comments in a constructive way and see if we can leverage reactions somehow.

Thanks to all who have participated in submitting or voting and hope to see you all in October POTM. For those who got upset for whatever reason I assure you that's not the purpose of this contest nor of this forum hope we all agree on that at least.

Be awesome if we got back to talking about the awesome photos everyone made and the great turnout this month. @Griev I don't think your suggestion was at all inappropriate. It's good to have constuctive ideas, even if they get shot down... like totally obliterated. Vaporized. Anywho, I try to laugh it off so I can get back to laughing at everyone else--then again, my ideas are usually par excellence, so you might say I'm pontificating from a position of privilege. Pity we had one poster sore, understandably, about not making it to the second round, but we have to accept that that's just the way the cookie crumbles sometimes. I hope they keep participating in the future. Good chance to get in one of these times! What I considered my best shot ever didn't make it to the second round back in Feb or Mar. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Chin up everyone, and keep an eye on those fish for when they give you pure gold.
