Are Goni’s mostly filter feeders? If they get plenty to eat, will they retract and stay dormaint until they need to eat again?

Very small mouths, I use a mix of oyster roe, reef chili, coral dust a couple times a week for them and the Acros /sps

I’ve never target fed anything in my tank. Maybe that’s the problem. Only thing I do other than feeding fish is Reef Roids once a week at night.
