FWS is expensive isn't it?
I bought the biggest jug of it. Think it was $100 or so. Ive barely put a dent in it 2 months later, but i dose half recommended dose every other day or so (2ml/100gal). Its actually significantly more economical than it looks but i still struggle with supporting a company that doesnt offer transparency in a hobby that requires transparency to keep animals from dieing.

Also i noticed the crazy basing from coral boost alone, i had not started FWS, but i do both now.

Im willing to bet those that take trace elements seriously are less likely to see a benefit from KZ, as how much beneficial stuff can actually be in it that isnt already accounted for.

I know this prolly isn't the best place to do this but I figured I would ask before I made a whole thread just for this.
This is a challice, about 3 weeks ago maybe a month a green pocillopora was dropped on it by one of my wonderful urchins. It has looked worse and worse I've moved it to lower flow and lower light I've dipped it a few times since then.. does it still have a chance? What do you guys recommend I do?
Also I had just posted my clown found the anemone put in there. This afternoon the anemone looks ticked and super small, little shet will not leave alone, not even when I went to feed, clown showed no interest in anything besides that anemone, should I move it? Lol TIA

Unknown coral found on a rock after gutting my display tank.
That looks like the UltraHolyGrailLimitedEditionZues's2ndCousinRazzleDazzleUnicornSplatter that was thought to have been lost long ago in a galaxy far away as the original collector lost his colony in a game of Sabac before making a run to Kessil.

The chalice doesn't look like it is retreating into the skeleton which is good. Best you can do is what you are - move it to a slightly lower flow and lower light spot and leave it. You can try to target feed it with Benepets but if you have any cleaner shrimp they will just come over and irritate the coral some more.

What did you dip it in?

A bit better pic. And thanks for the suggestions. I currently use coral rx and Medicoral from brightwell.
And no shrimp to worry about.

The dip around the middle area was a literal hole few days after the poci was on it. Started as that and it bleached all the way across

I would not suggest CoralRX for injury as it is pretty harsh. Medicoral is new for me but their website reads that it is not a medication but a preventative for further loss of dying or damaged tissue. You may consider a Lugol's bath/dip as a disinfectant if you start seeing worsening of the damaged flesh.

Who else has a bugs bunny? I cant get a pic that does it any justice, I thought it was a mostly green looking coral until peak ended and the blues started coming on heavy. The yellow polyps are beautiful.
