Yeah, I get that for sure. When there's something going on it's definitely easy to start second guessing and overthinking the issues.

That's right, you're about to be babysitting some fish! That's probably one of my biggest fears, my tank separating and coming home to a waterlogged floor.Indeed...fellow reefer in an emergency...my nice points for the year.
Had my 50 gal turtle tank start leaking on me ast winter. Long story short he got a bigger 65 gal tank and I now just need to wait till I can convince my wife to fix the 50 gal into a reef tankThat's right, you're about to be babysitting some fish! A swing of .6 is probably not an issue but if adjusting your dosing to stabilize it a little more would be an option I would probably do it. With my dos and trident I try to keep any swings to within about .3. I usually only see a difference of less than .1 between tests. Although I fiddle with my dosing schedule pretty often.Question for you dosers out there. I have my alkalinity 'pegged' at about 8.8. Obviously there are daily fluctuations. Mine will go anywhere from 8.5 to 9.1. Any concerns? I am debating how much I need to fine tune my dosing patterns to minimize the swing.
I plan on gluing them in. I'm sure I could add teeth, but that would take more than the 10 minutes I gave it.Cool looking, without the "teeth" for a locking frag plug style though I'd be afraid of a plug getting knocked out by a fish or snail.
Reef Dork talked about them on the yous tubes I can't find them for sale, but if I get something I trust magnet wise, I may have to make a business out of it. Or @Projects with Sam could beat me to it.interesting concept. let us know how it works. might need to put in an order![]()
I'm getting better at it the more i do it. turns out practice helps. who knew?So for the first time since having my 3d printer for 3 years I decided to actually use a 3d modeling program to make my own file. So I’ve spent the evening 3d modeling and starting to print sock holders for my very old Red Sea max sump. I should’ve started messing around with making my own 3D designs a long time ago. It was much easier than I expected.
