Similar for me. I run 100% blue and UV channels, 35% green and red, and then my whites are at around 15%.

Do you notice the royal blue makes the water look cloudy? Anyone know if its like this for other name brand lights?

I didn't notice it for mine. I wonder if you have higher TDS in your water? Certain colors can accentuate dirtier water.

So I learned recently why they do the ball drop. It's a tradition from nautical days that captains would use to calibrate their own sea clocks to figure out their longitude while sailing. The ball would slowly drop and hit the bottom at exact noon. Pretty interesting stuff. I linked the video earlier but I'll link it again.

Magnesium dosing helps too... I noticed when I brought my magnesium up to almost 1300 I would physically see particulates fall out of solution.

I didn't notice it for mine. I wonder if you have higher TDS in your water? Certain colors can accentuate dirtier water.

I run ozone so my water is crystal clear. But it gets a bit of haze with royal blue. I also have reefbrites and those look great.
