Good morning Everyone. Today is a big day. When my daughter was 3 I ask her what she wanted for her upcoming 4th birthday. She didn’t hesitate and said she wanted me it stop smoking. I said okay and threw away the smokes and quit for 5 years. After that, went back to vaping off and on till now. With a new little grand daughter coming, it’s time to finish the job and stop the vaping. I know it’s going to be tough, but she’s that the extra push I’ve needed to finally get there. Friends have all been advised that Mr cranky butt will definitely appear for the next few weeks. Wish me luck.

Good luck..I know I should quit too. It's the last vice I'm hanging on to...or maybe it's the other way around.

You got this. Same struggle here. It may take more than once but believe in yourself and you will seceded. Love yourself and you will progress. It's not easy but you can do it. Just dont buy coral every time you have a craving. Don't go that route....I'm now in so many sticks it hurts
