Well….the last time they(FredEx ) claimed it arrived too late for same day. I talked to the local manager and managed to get it delivered by late afternoon. UPS has generally gone “sorry” even after explaining live goods to them. Lost a couple deliveries from UPS that way. Including some hard to get rare Tiger Otocinclus Catfish. All DOA thanks to them . Hence my hate/love/hate relationship with them.
