No dip kills any eggs of anything. When you dip ypu must inspect the dip water thoroughly and inspect the plugs and coral base for eggs. The more extensive the better.@billyocean how obvious are aefw? I bought a frag from a tank I don't know and want to be sure not to infect my tank. Does kcl dip kill eggs too?
Are the eggs pretty obvious?N

Fairly. They look like a thin cluster of bubbles about 1-2mm each. They'll never be piled on top of one another, and the pattern will be almost round or oval. Are the eggs pretty obvious?
You rock thanks!
Borrowed from a thread here on R2R, the flatworm itself is smaller than an amphipod.

I've had some weird eggs on plugs, I can't figure them out as nothing shows except I think they are the tiny red nudibranch I have that eat the spirobid worms and seem to self populate.Fairly. Nope, it is these guys https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/nudibranch-id-bright-red-very-small.459988/Yellow almost gold egg ribbon? red and pink Nudis?
Vayssierea Felis. Cute little buggers.Nope, it is these guys https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/nudibranch-id-bright-red-very-small.459988/
The eggs are one little bubble with tiny yellow bubbles in it. I almost always find one of these tiny red slugs next to them and they are often near spirobid. I used to have as many as @pandaparties but these tiny red slugs hitchhiked from somewhere and they have their own population blooms as spirobid population grows or shrinks. Not 100% sure it is the eggs to these guys, but I can't figure out what the eggs are.
Everything I've heard is that indo and Aussie can't touch. They may get along, but at some point they could start warfare. I've also heard that Aussie have fatter and shorter tentacles. When you see Instagram videos of torches waving like 18 inches long, those are normally indo gold looking ones.@SBB Corals Is the Princess Peach torch an Aussie or Indo? If it's an Aussie is there any issue being next to the other indo's I've gotten from you all? Just want to make sure haha
That's my understanding also but wasn't sure. I didn't realize the Princess might have been an Aussie until I got it it. I'm still not sure if it is, or just thicker polyps that are retracted. But it definitely seems like more short/stubby than the others. We'll see how it goes and I'll monitor it. May have to place it in it's on little island lolEverything I've heard is that indo and Aussie can't touch. They may get along, but at some point they could start warfare. There's mine right there!Boxes going out we can't wait to see what you get
I think at one point Shane said his torches are Indos. I don't think he used to sell Aussies so unless it's recent it shouldn't be.@SBB Corals Is the Princess Peach torch an Aussie or Indo?
