Did you order the Rosco gel filters like I suggested?@SBB Corals just got my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that I bought for my wife today, borrowed it for a quick photo.
I'll have to play around with it for the right lens. The orphek lense doesn't fit over all three camera lenses on the phone so I'll have to take @CodyBot s suggestion for a home made lens kit.
I tried color correcting this one, but with the quality of pic I was starting off with, it was hard to do. You need to start with a proper amber gel filter then I can work my magic. Too many blues to take out and your exposure was way too high. Any corrections just saturate the crap out of it, so a minor touch like this is about the best you can do.@SBB Corals just got my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that I bought for my wife today, borrowed it for a quick photo.

And for the record, the different lenses on your phone are meant to do different things, no different than DSLR camera lenses. They’re static, meaning they don’t physically zoom in or zoom out. The phone switches between lenses based off of what type of shot they’re trying to take, whether it be telescopic, macro, or somewhere in between. So, they try to get the highest resolution pic based off of which bucket of type of picture they’re trying to take, and zoom digitally. It’s just a limitation of having a camera that’s a quarter inch thick.@SBB Corals just got my Samsung Galaxy S23 ultra that I bought for my wife today, borrowed it for a quick photo.

I haven't ordered them yet. And yes, you are correct that it uses a specific lens when zooming in of the three, just the orphek lens doesn't cover all three and without zooming in, is blocked. I'll play around more with the galaxy's features when I get a chance, as mentioned it was for my wife, so I'll have to borrow her phone. I'm not upgrading mine for a bit, I have the ROG 5 Ultimate which is an amazing gaming phone with a terrible camera. And for the record, the different lenses on your phone are meant to do different things, no different than DSLR camera lenses. The best thing you can do is get the closest color corrected pic using gels, then use a software program to correct to the realistic visuals of the coral. A little help of knowledge of photography, even for you phone, goes a long way as well. If your pics are within 60-70% of the accurate visual of the coral, then I can coach you how to get it back to perfect from there.
No need to game around. Just get the gel filters and be done with it. I still use an iPhone 8 to this date to take nice quality pictures. Here are some examples:I haven't ordered them yet. It doesn't cover all three on a galaxy s21 either..doesn't matter. You can adjust the lens for whatever one your phone switches to. You can also use one of those big round flipper magnet lenses. Although I do need to order one of those swatches @CodyBot mentioned as well. These are s21 pro mode w/orange filterI haven't ordered them yet. Ive had the swatches in my mailbox since Feb 10th. In my experience, they dont help photo quality much from there. It doesn't cover all three on a galaxy s21 either..doesn't matter.
