Where I work we have a couple of ROs for nitrate or arsenic removal. Those filters come out nasty!I think I've posted this before, but yeah, worth it!
I've thought about adding some KDF to help remove heavy metals and biological control. Carbon can only do so much.Where I work we have a couple of ROs for nitrate or arsenic removal. Those filters come out nasty!
Just use those orange glasses...cheap.Man I got my orphek lense kit today but the macro lense won't focus literally at all. Looks like a return to me and now I'm forced to buy an actual lense for my canon to get good pics
My issue is getting enough zoom to see the coral without it getting super blurryJust use those orange glasses...cheap.
Turning off flow helps. Deep enough and top down is best. Also the more level you can shoot pics on the outside of glass helps. Other than a telephoto lens a macro has to be close. What phone you have?My issue is getting enough zoom to see the coral without it getting super blurry
Pixel 6, think I might make or get one of those portholes for top down. I have a nice canon 5d iv but never have needed a macro lense until now. Would be cool to get some nice shots of everythingTurning off flow helps. Deep enough and top down is best. Also the more level you can shoot pics on the outside of glass helps. You might have pro mode in the camera settings with helps with focus tooPixel 6, think I might make or get one of those portholes for top down. I have a nice canon 5d iv but never have needed a macro lense until now. Would be cool to get some nice shots of everything
That green stag (I think) is huge! I just sold a big purple/blue one I had and kind of regret it now.Glass cleaning during lunch break. Gonna have to pull a @billyocean soon and add some rock for more real estate.
Awh man yours is gorgeous. I think that was the first SPS frag we put in. Wish it would grow vertically like yours - it’s got a lean to it LOL.That green stag (I think) is huge! I just sold a big purple/blue one I had and kind of regret it now.
How much was the frag of bubble algae?
I recently picked up those same lens and had the same focus issues as you. Untill I went into "Pro mode". In that mode I can dial in the focusing kind of like a normal 35mm camera. After I found that out I've gotten A LOT better pics. I'd try that finding your phones PRO mode before returning them.Man I got my orphek lense kit today but the macro lense won't focus literally at all.
