Sick of tipping, everyone expects it on everything. I literally had a masseuse tell me i was being cheap for a 20$ tip the other day. And i had a contractor tell me he was expecting a tip in the 10-20% range for a contract he bid. It's everywhere. Hell my LFS has a tip option now

I can understand for industries that pay below minimum wage even though i dont agree with it. But people who are making 6 figures asking for tips is absurd. Doctors are next in line to start asking lol

2.5 hours labor to change break pads with pneumatic tools and a lift. I can do it in under an hour with a jack.
