My Hanna test kit gave me 165 ppm Alk.

The sensor lines from my thing for the same sample are below:
First two lines are just tank water, next two are after 1ml HI772S Alk reagent
Code:
R: 251 G: 488 B: 451 C: 1292 - Color Temp: 8236 K - Lux: 358
R: 250 G: 489 B: 452 C: 1293 - Color Temp: 8279 K - Lux: 359
R: 214 G: 409 B: 369 C: 1079 - Color Temp: 7960 K - Lux: 306
R: 215 G: 406 B: 366 C: 1074 - Color Temp: 7876 K - Lux: 303
not sure how to go from one to the other...

I think I need to add something reflective behind the vial so I get better reading.

Sexy You Look Good GIF by Bounce

for completeness: - this is what Salifert does I think. Their indicator works on pH, not Alkalinity...

Now I know why I never get the same result twice with hanna:
using the one-point titration method, an average alkalinity of 2134 ± 2.7 μmol kg−1 was obtained for an in-house seawater standard (Table 2). In contrast, using the same in-house seawater standard and approach, but with the purified dye, we obtained a value of 2138 ± 1.2 μmol kg−1 (n = 10) (Table 2; Fig. 3A). Consequently, there appears to be a small offset in the “true” value obtained using the impure dye and a decrease in the precision of the method.
the process to purify the reagents is pretty crazy. off the shelf may be the way to go...

I like the idea of a parla meter

I'm still considering redoing my lid here soon. Acrylic and screen.

Still love the cable management you printed for the steel stand. Amazing .... Still have tweaking to do. But it's so nice
I hope I can get my big cnc built in-time to help you with that!

Part came in so I could continue:...
Best one I've found thus-far:

IMG_5902(1).JPEG
IMG_5901(1).JPEG

Got it to the point where I'm dropping it into my stand.
Just need to get a power supply.... I may just integrate it into my Kalkwasser stirrer.
It'll increase the price but I think its a real value add.

Just printing up the new case...

Very cool. I was looking at getting a Milwaukee ph controller that I can hook up to a ball valve to control the recirculating scrubber I am setting up.
