My royal gramma has a vertical white mark. I added him a few days ago and did not see this at the store or while acclimating it. It is hiding in a cave and hard to get a good look or picture. Can anyone take a guess based on these, not so great, pictures.

Tough to see, but the scales seem raised up, that indicates this is an internal issue. It could be bacterial, but I’m worried it might be Uronema. That disease isn’t very contagious to other fish, but it isn’t treatable and almost always fatal once you see a lesion this size - sorry.
A clearer photo might tell me more….

He is definitely dying, I try to catch it but it moved into the rock work. It is moving very slowly, and not eating. I touched it before it moved.

The angle of the lesion indicates that this is most likely Uronema, sorry.

Thank you. I have read it is most tanks, but should I dose anything to the tank since the royal gramma getting/having it? Also should I be more concerned about my other fish, I guess manly my clowns?

Nobody knows how this protozoan gets inside of the fish, but this almost always only happens during shipping, as the fish moves through the supply chain. Uronema can be isolated from most aquariums, but in those cases it is free living and feeds on bacteria. There isn't too much risk of it spreading to the clownfish.
