Monday ending are the worst! I have a lot of meetings Mondays and recently had to tell all the young engineers to leave their laptops and phones off during meetings because nobody pays attention to the actual meeting. Dont want to be a hypocrite.

They'll understand that sometimes there are things in life that are important and need to be addressed. Work/ Life balance is key.

Most of the time with me it's someone else saying 'Move, we'll make Ed do it'...
