So I don't have a 180 to try this on but I think I can actually use the 120 I have to test fit. The 180 is larger by a few mm according to what @Thuan measured.
This is what I was thinking @StatelineReefer the front of the gyre has a groove I could slot into to keep the guard from rotating. Leaving the output unguarded but unless something REALLY tried getting in it, it shouldn't with the amount of flow this thing puts out.

A lot of guards for powerheads leave the output unguarded anyways.

The output should absolutely be guarded if the motor can reverse, but I don't think the Jebaos can do this.

Has anybody had their Apex stop logging data? Mine still reads current but hasnt logged since the 17th. From what ive researched this has happened to several others and they ended up getting refurbished units sent to them. Dont mind the low ORP i dumped 5 gallons of water in the tank a little while ago
