Just got this email thingy. The box is getting delivered tomorrow!!!

NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Stupid "Mechanical Failure has caused a delay. We will update the delivery date as soon as possible." It made it from Florida to Dallas, then to Lubbock, TX... It's been there for 10 hours now and hasn't moved.

Finished this yesterday. Hanging frag rack from egg crate and Aragocrete. Just has to soak for a bit to get the pH stable

Made this one today from egg crate and Aragocrete - sand bed, not hanging.

I need to make a temporary hanging rack for under the fuge for the stuff coming tomorrow. Hoping it's alive but it'll need some shade for a day or two to allow it to come back to light.

I feel for you, I have had a couple of not so great shipments this year. Fingers crossed.

It sat there for 25 hours. Finally made it to town 20 minutes ago... Still no delivery date.

And 3 hours later it still hasn't been put on the truck for delivery. Still processing.

How very generous of them! It definitely sucks that this happens, but just know we have you covered! We don’t often get many opportunities to put our over packing to the test, so we are interested to see how it goes! My bet; if it was stored in a cooler environment, would probably be good if it gets delivered tomorrow.

It's out for delivery as of 15 minutes ago. It's at least a half hour drive from the Goodyear UPS to my house so we're looking at hopefully soon! With not being ridiculous hit or cold I'm hopeful I'm just irritated that UPS doesn't have backup plans for this kind of stuff. Still probably as good or better than FedEx.

Explain why if the box says "Perishable" you would do this?

The good news is everything appears alive. Fairly faded and grumpy looking. Cold, but alive.

I'm hopeful everything will make it. The Dragon Soul Favia isn't happy, the Micro isn't happy and the Birdnest smelled like death but still had some color and flesh.

In other news, UPS called me back and asked if everything arrived fine and I explained about the 3 iffy ones so they filed a claim. Sorry or your welcome @RiptideAquaculture Mitch and Mason. They said I can file the claim since I purchased it but the refund goes to you I guess. Expect that in 2-3 days.

I don't think the Birdnest will make it, but we'll watch and see!

It’s all part of the business if I’m being honest. We have been pretty lucky this winter so it has been a very very isolated issue. It’s probably down to 1 shipment every 50-70. Part of the reason we went away from fedex was they stopped making an effort to deliver before 10:30. Almost every package was getting delivered at 5-7pm.

Well I'm hopeful everything will make it. The Birdsnest is the one I'm worried the most about because the water smelled nasty. The last time I had a Birdsnest smell like that it went full RTN the next day.

Yep. Birdnest is done. Good news? The Burning Banana had amazing PE this morning before I had to leave. Dragon Soul Favia is still tight to the skeleton but color looks good. Micro was a little more open than yesterday. Polyps on the Jedi Mind Trick were starting to come out.

How hairy does the Klepto Lepto get? I know my other Leptos and Pavonas go all kind of Hairy when they're happy.
