There are SO many beautiful chalices and favias. I'm always hesitant to add them to my tank, because I've read they're very aggressive. I only have a 75g.
I've had many and no major issues unless the came very close or one fell onto another. Dive in!!

it really just depends on the type of chalice. the rule of thumb i have is you shouldn't let any coral touch so just follow that and you will be one. they get aggressive when touched by others.

Yup, my old miami hurricane (RIP) used to wreck anything that fell on it or touched it.

What is "very close" in your experience? I stress too much about coral placement, because I hear space everything like 6in apart. LoL Then I see tanks with corals super close.

If you get some nice magnetic frag racks it helps you keep them apart and in places you couldn't otherwise mount them.
