I understand. I see it every day at work myself, even more so after promoting. Now I have to reprimand people that I've worked with for 17 years... I feel like I'm letting them down even though they're the ones that actually let me down. You're in the same place. The company is letting you down but it makes you feel like you're letting them down if you leave.

I get you. For me I come to work because of who I work with. Admin can shove it up as far as ….we’ll you know. And the patients (most of the time). I’ve been working at the same place for 30 yrs next month. And sometimes I feel every year compounded. It’s a ****** situation, but you’re good people and good people deserve to be treated. Well, good. Hang in there.I’ve only known you thru this site and convos therein but I’d be happy to call you friend.
