So, I broadcast feed my tank, I grated and blended the following ingredients, laid them out into a sheet, and then froze them, I break off about a 1/2 cubic inch every day.

Salmon
Shrimp
Mysis
Brine Shrimp
Reef Plankton
Silversides
Reef-Roids

I also dose AB+ and Live Phyto daily.

I make my own frozen food made of shrimp, scallops, clams, muscles, silversides, garlic and nori.
Pulse all that up in my food processor and freeze it in flexible ice cube trays, I defrost in AB+. Feeds the whole tank

I guess technically I do occasionally target feed reef roids and mysis or brine shrimp so I suppose I can take a picture of those this evening.
